This was our first time hiring a boat, and unfortunately we accidentally got stuck on a sandbar while returning it. The owners were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding, and they helped us straight away without making us feel stressed or uncomfortable. Their support honestly turned what could have been a negative moment into a really positive experience. They were flexible, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we were okay and enjoying ourselves. We felt very well looked after and wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. Highly recommend!

Our little family loved taking the boat out for the morning. My 3yr old was so excited, even calling us pirates. The waterways are easy to navigate and the boat easy to drive. I advise to give yourself a lot of time since it’s obviously not a high speed boat. Will be re-booking in the near future for sure!

Alan and his wife were friendly and the boat was ready for us prior to arrival. After a short briefing on the waterways, and the operation of the boat, we were given navigation charts including indications to bypass the nearby sandbar. We were on our way in no time and had a great time in the water. The boat we rented was easy to navigate and we all had a fun day. I also used the easy park app to park in the Public car park. No issues with the parking and the rates for boat hire was very reasonable.
