My experience with Joey was extremely disappointing. He displayed unprofessional behavior, poor communication skills, and a complete failure to follow up on my case, even though he was fully paid from the start. To this day, he has not provided any updates or shown any genuine concern for his clients’ needs. We were left completely in the dark about crucial information and next steps, which severely affected the outcome of our case. His lack of transparency and accountability made him entirely untrustworthy. In my K1 visa case, Joey became visibly irritated whenever we reached out for updates. Despite our repeated requests, he failed to follow through properly. At one point, he sent important email to the embassy using the wrong email address and did not adhere to the embassy’s instructions, causing the email to never be received. He continued to show irritation and failed to act promptly. Alarmingly, through our own efforts, we discovered that our case had been sent back to USCIS due to missing documentation—a fact Joey never communicated to us, even to this day. Because of his negligence, we had to hire a different, highly professional attorney who successfully completed our visa process in under 45 days. Joey’s mishandling of our case was the worst experience I have ever had. I also know other clients who have experienced similar frustrations due to his frequent mistakes and lack of expertise in handling immigration matters. I strongly advise against hiring him, especially for any immigration-related cases.

Joey Chbeir TRULY cares about people first! He is incredibly honest, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He had a very educated answer for every single question I asked. Prior to his consultation, I met with a different attorney in Birmingham and it was the WORST experience! Joey set mine and my fiance’s mind at complete ease. I appreciate his time to speak with me (on a SATURDAY) and his passion for his work and people is very apparent. In my opinion, there is no better attorney out there than Joey, hands down!
