We did the semi-private turtle snorkeling tour with Captain Max. It was a great time overall but a few hiccups a long the way. Some of the equipment needed a little TLC. Snorkels with mouth pieces chewed up or not working properly and missing parts on the mouth pieces and fins falling apart in some areas. The crew was very nice and did their best with the equipment. Captain Jeff was very great and when we saw a pod of spinner dolphins he made sure slow down and turn around so we could keep looking at them. Sophia our guide in the water was very kind, took some great photos, and took the time to educate and point things out to us. We saw a bunch of turtles and awesome fish in Turtle Canyon. The photo package is a bit pricey BUT they do take the time to edit the pictures, they came out great, and they have newer equipment . The tour description also said served water and local juice but we were never offered any of that during our tour. It was only around 2 hours so it was okay but just something to note.

Directions to office/boat location (other than the street address) were missing so I walked the entire marina asking around before asking at their office and they directed me elsewhere too! Once we figured out that I was in the right place all went well. The vessel is a powerful outboard inflatable - you will get wet.the captain (Christy) and guide (Margaret) were excellent and knowledgeable. The snorkeling was easy and there are always turtles in Turtle Canyon. Seeing them depends, of course, on the visibility that day. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful . We had a terrific time snorkeling in turtle canon then we saw dolphins . I highly recommend this company .

Did the Turtle Canyon Snorkeling and it was amazing. It was windy when we went, and our Captain, Christina, kept our ride smooth. Our crew, Margaret, was very knowledgeable and guided us toward the Sea Turtles & away the large group tours. Highly recommend this smaller size tour.

We had people in our group with limited swimming experience, and despite being told it would be fine, the staff provided very little oversight once we were in the water and provided us with limited gear. We ended up having a very poor experience. I would look elsewhere if you have people with limited swimming experience in your group.
