We rented tables, chairs, number 1 sign, and a flower wall for my daughter’s first birthday, and everything was absolutely perfect! The tables and chairs were clean, sturdy, and looked great for our setup. The flower wall was stunning and made the most beautiful backdrop for photos! The warehouse crew was friendly and efficient, which made the whole process stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Captivate for any event, especially special milestones like a first birthday!

I needed event rentals last minute on a Sunday and they truly came through for me. The entire process was extremely easy from start to finish. They helped load everything into my car, unload it when I returned, and were so kind and helpful the whole time. I had a great experience renting chairs and tables from this company. They were very professional and arrived right on time. They even offered to drop everything off a day early and pick it up the day after, which made things so much easier for us. Everything was clean, in great condition, and the service was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend them!

My daughter was getting married and we needed a tent in two days because of rain. Captivate rentals was amazing! Shout out to Robert and Haylie, who helped us not only rent the tent, but provided us a dance floor, lighting and a chandelier at the last minute to make her wedding beautiful! I would definitely call upon them again and I recommend them highly! In a stressful situation, they kept us calm! Thank you very much.

Used this company for the first time last month for vow renewal. I rented black resin folding chairs and an arch. They provided excellent customer service. Delivery occurred a day earlier which worked out perfectly for decorating. They promptly picked up the next day within a timely window. Delivery crew were professional and courteous. Will definitely use this company again.
