Just had to say these people were amazing! From customer service to just talking while waiting for the installation. I went in for something basic when I talked to Monique. When I got to see the final product I was shown that John and Moe gave me a better deal and upgrade without me knowing. They are amazing and I can’t wait to be back!!!

I have nothing but nice things to say about this business and its owner - Big Mo! I came in to have the sound system on my 2011 BMW 3 series upgraded and from the moment I stepped in to when I left, I was treated like family. The job took a few hours so while I waited, the team at Car Audio One shared lunch with me and constantly kept me updated on the job (which was completed in half the time they initially estimated) They understood exactly what I was looking for with my car and tailored their system to my budget. Their prices are very fair and the quality of the job was fantastic. Highly recommend!

This place is freaking amazing. Best customer service I've ever had, pricing 30% less than other quote I got for authorized Hamilton Audio installer. Just awesome. 2016 Lexus RC200 feels fresh with the new head unit!

I came to Audio-one because I am on budget and after researching online, they're known to have the best prices. I wanted a new GPS/Bluetooth installed. I was helped by John while there and he was super friendly and helpful. I picked out the best option for what I was looking for, I was pleased he gave me a fair price. John then tells me if I liked he would add, if I liked, my choice of either new LED headlights or a backup camera with installation free of charge. He said its an appreciation for coming in after calling. So I opted for the new headlights. Which I totally needed to replace anyway. He noticed the halogen lights I had and it was super thoughtful he noticed. Plus they worked very quickly and was in and out a lot faster then I anticipated. I am glad I chose Audio-one. I am a very happy and satisfied customer. Thanks John at Audio-one
