Just took my Jeep SRT in for a clean and the service was absolutely impeccable. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond — even gave me a dash a wipe and added an air freshener as part of the service. Super helpful and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

So glad I found you guys! What a brilliant facility to clean your pride and joy! I had plans of going home and tidying up my Africa Twin but when I came across the Karcher Clean Park I had to turn around and give it a run. Now even though you guys are about 3/4 of an hour drive from home I will certainly be coming back! Nice work!

Car wash is incredible- best drive thru one around Lake Macquarie in my opinion. Dog wash, debatable. While the wash itself is good, maybe find somewhere else if you have a big dog or usually need more than the normal $10 wash. CARD ONLY, and top up only allows $4.00 at a time. Each time you top up there is a surcharge of 40¢. (Reactive dog owners and those with more than one dog might also like to know there is no fence separating the two wash spaces).

Took my Jeep here to see what the new Karcher clean could do and wasn’t disappointed. Nick is an absolute legend guiding me through the new technology here. The Matt clean is especially awesome. I’ll be back.
