I came in CSW on December 26,2025 to get a stereo installed that was gifted to me for Christmas. I came from out of town to visit family and was so excited about the gift I looked up places to install. I'm so happy I found CSW. OB and John went above and beyond to help me. The stereo was incompatible with my vehicle, but John and OB look for solutions. But.... I had to order a new one. OB took his time to locate the correct unit for me. OB and John stayed overtime to help me because I wouldn't get back the next day. As I was leaving we realized I had a headlight out and OB and John put in a new headlight so I could drive home safely! (After staying late for me) I returned today to have the new unit installed! I am confident I will be pleased with the end result. Do not hesitate to patronize this business. These guys are polite, honest and hard working! Can't say enough about them!

This place came highly recommended to purchase subwoofers for my son as a Christmas gift. We started with a quote over the phone and a man named OB was extremely helpful with different levels and pricing. We were able to set an appointment for the next day. Walked in on appointment day and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. OB was set to install the system and even answered some asks I had about some audio for my own vehicle. OB went the extra mile to see what my options were. Also found out that they install headlight bulbs and we were able to get new LED low beam lights for my son’s car. Got the call to come pick up later in the evening and OB made sure he walked through the bass knob and volume settings with my son. All my son wants to do now is drive around and listen to his music. It sounds amazing and the install looks seamless. I can’t thank OB enough for making this Christmas gift a great one. Customer service and professionalism is A1!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough about how much I enjoy doing business with this team! From my very first car years ago (when they installed a TV screen in the back for my kids), to radios, speaker systems, and subwoofers over the years, they’ve always outdone themselves. This time, they worked on my Jeep Gladiator and completely blew me away. They mounted a huge speaker under my back seats, and installed a brand-new Stinger radio screen, a massive 12.8” screen that basically makes me feel like I’ve got a mini movie theater in my Jeep. I swear, I could host a Netflix night right in the driver’s seat. 🎬😂 The sound system is phenomenal, and the quality of work is top-notch. A special thank you to my salesperson, OB for patiently explaining all the features of the new screen. I’ll admit, I’m not the most tech-friendly person, but you made sure I understood everything without ever making me feel rushed. These guys are simply the best in the business. If you want excellent service, amazing products, and people who stand behind their work, look no further. Five stars down!!😇😇😇
