Called Caraballo heating and cooling when our water tank wasn’t working after losing power for a few days. Miguel came out right away and began trouble shooting and dealing with the customer service aspect of the water tank company. He found the replacement piece locally and installed right away. Highly recommend!

Caraballo is the absolute best! Furnace went out due to the strong windy weather. I was very fortunate to find Caraballo Heating. Joseph, the service tech is wonderful! He explained exactly what was going on with my furnace, which turned out to be an easy fix. Joseph, is very polite and very professional. It took him about 40 minutes or less to get my furnace back up and running. Thank you Joseph for providing such great service. I now see why the company has a 5 star rating. Caraballo Heating is The absolute Best! My furnace was out for 2 days. Looked on the, Next Door Neighborhood, app for recommendations. One company told me over the phone that it would cost $150 just to come out in addition to whatever the repairs were, and they may need to get new parts which may take 1-2 days. What a huge turn off. You’re telling me my furnace may require new parts before even taking one look at it. Red Flag.🚩 Thank Goodness for Caraballo Heating! I was very fortunate to find this Awesome company! The service tech, Joesph, is just wonderful! Very kind & extremely knowledgeable. He explained what was going on w/ my furnace which turned out to be an easy fix. I’m positive the other company would have falsely added more to the issue. Caraballo Heating is a very Honest, Reliable and a very Professional company. I went to bed and my furnace was working. Woke up this morning and it wouldn't ignite. Miguel Caraballo was referred to me by a friend, and I am glad he was! It ended up being a "simple" fix, it needed a new igniter, but it was a repair I couldn't do myself. He sent a guy out within a few hours and I'm back up and running the same day, before 11 am. Thank you, Miguel, and Caraballo Heating!
