There are voluminous of cards to buy for core loved ones as gifts or appreciation card and special occasions. It would of been better with customization of chocolate packages and flowers, though it's shop that is mainly based on selling cards.

I was served by sushy/sueshi not sure how to spell her name she was so lovely and attentive its the second time she has done my dad baloons for me and everytime she makes it just seamless she is happy attentive and has amazing customer service skills she is an asseet to your team hope she hears about this review X

Was waiting in the queue for 20 mins the workers were working in slow motion as if they had all the time in the world. I think the managers name was Harvey she also didn’t seem to care about the huge queue. Definitely all need to be taught how to work in retail.

Shop is quite small and extremely difficult to browse without bumping into someone or something, as it is always quite busy. Had to wait over 20 minutes for balloons to be blown up, and to my disappointment when I got home two of them were under inflated.

The only reason this has 3 stars is because there is always a queue. I would avoid the lunchtime rush.
