If I could leave 0 stars I would. Our experience was disappointing from start to finish. We booked and paid online for a 16:30 tour that wasn’t even running, yet it is still shown as available on website. We arrived early to be told it was cancelled, with no email notification. Staff told us to return at 1645 for the 1700 tour; when we did, staff said they were closed and no more tours were running. We were given contradictory information, no explanation for why our booking was accepted, and a dismissive attitude while trying to resolve it. This caused two unnecessary trips, wasted over an hour, and meant we missed the chance to book an alternative tour. The only positive was that our refund was given within four days, which was the first genuinely professional interaction we had with the company. Accepting bookings for tours not running, failing to communicate cancellations or give correct information is unacceptable. I will never book with this shambles of a company again.

Absolutely disappointing. Email with ticket do not come. Spoke with someone from Cardiff Cruise by phone and they sent me email with invoice. After that I m asking where I have to go so they sent to me location. On this location I'm waiting and waiting and boat do not come. Joke. No professional. No recommended. Lost day. Trip 2 pm at 9th November 2025

We booked the tour for 1pm. Received an email confirming and said to be at Penarth marina. We're there no boat, no one answered the phone, no voice mail. Very disappointed.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This evening cruise was dangerous and completely unacceptable. The boat was filthy, there was no health and safety, smoking indoors was allowed, the toilet broke an hour before we disembarked, and there was open drug use on board. Absolutely no professionalism or care for passengers. The only tiny positive was that the cruise ended 30 minutes earlier than promised.

I came here with friends on the weekend and had a wonderful experience. It was easy to find, staff were friendly and added bonus- the sun was out! We did the 45m Bay tour, passing key landmarks such as the Millennium Centre, Pierhead building and Norwegian Church. You can get off at the Barrage where it stops, to do a seaside walk or go for a nice meal before getting back on, or stay onboard to head back to the Bay. As well as unique views of the Bay, we saw other boats and had stunning views over Penarth and the Barrage. There's even a food and drink bar if you fancy it. I have lived in Cardiff my whole life and wish I had done this sooner. If you are a Cardiff resident or planning a visit, this comes highly recommended. Thanks for having us!
