Andrew set up the hot tub easily and explained everything really quickly. We had a lovely few days with the hot tub including my daughter’s pamper party. I thought it was good value and easy to use. He packed it all away at the end, again really great to deal With, I’d recommend and will use again for an occasion.

Wow what an amazing weekend with our Hot Tub! Andrew was brilliant with his communication and responded immediately to a problem we encountered with our tub, which was easily fixed. I couldn't recommend his service enough! Can't wait to rebook.

Excellent. We hired the hottub as we had friends staying with us for the weekend. Andrew was really helpful, came to check that his adapter would fit on our kitchen sink tap (as we don't have an outside tap) and was on hand for any questions. Would highly recommend - great value for money

I recently hired a hot tub from Cardiff Hot Tub Hire, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service! They were incredibly accommodating with my last-minute booking and responded quickly to my Facebook message when I requested a 5-day hire. Communication was excellent throughout the process, making everything smooth and stress-free. When they came to set up the hot tub, they did a fantastic job. Andrew explained everything clearly, making sure we knew exactly how to use the equipment. We were thrilled to find that we received a brand new hot tub, which was such a treat! It added a touch of luxury to the whole experience. My kids had the best birthday party with their friends, and we all got to enjoy the hot tub as well. It was a huge hit, and I’m so glad we went with Cardiff Hot Tub Hire. Highly recommend them for their outstanding service and quality!

I became aware of Cardiff Hot Tub Hire through a family member who recommended Andrew the owner from her previous 5 🌟 experience. I hired the hot tub for my husbands birthday. It was hassle free from strat to finish. Andrew is such a lovely guy and explained everything to us so thoroughly. Nothing was too much trouble🤩 If you're looking for something fun and a bit different to do over a holiday/weekend -hire in this service you will not be disappointed. Will definitely be booking again. Its another 5 🌟 's from us 🤩
