Had questions on my CRT TV, he was very knowledgeable and was able to give great advice on what I needed without any major repair work. He actually advised against repair work, and I appreciated his honesty and straight-forwardness, even though he wasn't getting work out of it. If I do need repair work in the future this is absolutely where I'll go.

Cardinal Electronics did a wonderful job fixing my brother's 50+ year-old portable stereo from his childhood that meant so much to him. Randy not only repaired the broken power cord, but also took much care and time to " tune it up " and literally make it like new again, all for a truly reasonable price. My brother was so happy! Update: Visited Cardinal Electronics again recently to repair a very expensive hair dryer. I couldn't find anyone else willing to even look at it. Long story short, Randy figured it out and now instead of trashing a $450 hair dryer, Cardinal was able to fix it for my family for a fraction of the cost of a new or used unit, if finding one was even possible. Thanks x a million. Happy customer. I hope I don't have to return, but I will if another electronic breaks. Lastly, if you're looking for a nice tv, and don't mind it's used, stop by this shop before buying new! Adios 😊 This was the only tv repair that answered on 1st call, meaning he's ready to help. Randy is very knowledgeable and helped explain possible issues and whether or not it was even worth the additional investment. I dropped the TV off on a Monday and had it back by Friday 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼. The TV picture is better than ever, especially since Randy adjusted my settings to how he prefers them and better yet, adjusted them in a way that promotes a longer life of the TV's components. I couldn't be more pleased with the atmosphere, customer service, and results. I highly recommend Cardinal Electronics in Fairdale.
