Little to no wait time! Amazing customer service they truly care about how you’re feeling. Nicole at the front desk was amazing. Nay the MA and Jane the NP made sure I felt safe to share my current health issues confidently. Definitely coming back to this location every time! So clean and professional!!!

Five stars, no notes. The staff is genuinely friendly, the nurses are cool and actually make you feel comfortable, and I was in and out in under an hour. Efficient, kind, and zero chaos exactly how urgent care should be, but usually isn’t. Love this UC.

I brought my husband here for flu symptoms and 2 days later I returned for flu symptoms myself. Both visits were handled very professionally in under 30 minutes. I was treated by Jane S. NP and by Nicole, Med assistant. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely come back here the next time I need to be treated.

I had a really great experience at CareNow Urgent Care, and a big part of that was because of Nicole at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, she was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. She walked me through the registration process patiently and made sure I understood everything without making me feel rushed at all. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly stood out and helped make what can usually be a stressful visit much more comfortable. It’s rare to come across someone who is so genuinely friendly and attentive. Because of her excellent customer service, I would absolutely return to this location, especially when Nicole is working.

We have been having trouble with my daughter’s clogged ear. We were suppose to see a specialist but they had to reschedule us after waiting 5 months for that appointment. We decided to come to this care now with Jane NP and Nicole MA. They knew immediately what to do and explained to my 10 yr. They removed the earwax pretty fast and efficient! We were in and out. If we ever have to do another hospital visit, we will definitely be returning to this location. Thank you to the Dr. and staff. They were really nice and helpful.
