I was seen almost a week ago and the doctor had great bedside manner and did an exam. However, even with my sinus pressure, fatigue, headache, and the feeling of fluid in my ears and ear pressure, etc, she did not look in my ears at all. Now that I'm getting worse and my ears feel like they're still full of fluid, I went back to Care Now. Dr. Allen came in and immediately made me feel at ease. To have a doctor walk in and say "don't worry... I'm gonna get you feeling better", and to say it with certainty and empathy, I had such a sense of relief. Dr. Allen looked in my ears and I have an ear infection in both ears. I'm now on medication that should hopefully clear it up soon. I only wish the previous doctor had taken those few seconds to look in my ears. I may have already been on the road to recovery. But, thank you, Dr. Allen, for listening to me, diagnosing me, and giving me a treatment plan. I wish there were more doctors like you!

I had a great experience at CareNow Urgent Care – Sahara Ave. The facility was very clean and welcoming, and the front desk staff were kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. My wait time was not long at all, which I really appreciated. Dr. Lin was knowledgeable, had excellent bedside manner, and immediately made me feel at ease. Her nurse aide, Josephine, was also very kind and attentive, which made the visit even more comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and especially reassuring as this was my first time seeing a doctor in Las Vegas. I truly appreciated the attentiveness and care from everyone—from the front desk staff to the nurse and the doctor.

Dr. Allen and the team were fantastic, I was very pleased with the upbeat nature of the visit and the care I received. I was in an examination room in around 30 seconds, even before I filled out the forms (I did them in the examination room) Can't wait till I bash my head in again...LOL

I’ve been here several times for both myself and my kids. Easy signin online and I’ve never had to wait more than a couple minutes! It’s very clean, friendly staff, and dr Allen has been great each time! Would highly recommend this Urgent Care, especially for children! I’m sure we’ll be back soon, lol.

I had a small emergency and I needed to see a doctor on December 26th. My primary wasn’t working and I couldn’t really wait. I called Care Now on Sahara and Hualapai and was told to sign up online and that I would get a message when I should leave home to head to office. I did that and it worked great. I didn’t have to go wait in the office for hours. I suggest everyone do that before going in. When I got there I had to wait maybe 5 mins before seeing Dr. Michael Allen. I’m not going into specific details about my health concern but Dr Allen was great! He took the time to listen to me, but the best part was that he actually cared. I’ve gone to walk in clinics and you don’t get care like this normally. Most times they try to get you in and out as fast as possible. Dr Allen was great, he listened to my concern and he went above and beyond to help me. I can’t stress enough how great the clinic was , and more specifically, how great Dr Allen was. I would highly recommend Care ow on Sahara and Hualapai for any emergency needs you may have. I know that not all walk in clinics are not like this, they’re actually far from this, but this location and this doctor would both get a 10 out of 10 from me.
