Really professional team. Did a great job helping me return materials we over ordered. Have used them now for multiple renovation projects.

As an interior designer, I recently had the pleasure of collaborating with Carlisle Flooring to select wood flooring for one of my clients' projects. The San Francisco sales team at Carlisle was truly outstanding. They demonstrated an impressive level of knowledge and expertise, guiding us through their extensive range of wood flooring options. They attentively and patiently listened to my client's preferences and lifestyle needs, ensuring we found the perfect fit for the project. Not only were they professional, but they also displayed a genuine passion for their craft, making the selection process enjoyable and efficient. The quality of the wood flooring from Carlisle Floors is simply unparalleled. The wood's natural beauty was exactly what my client desired, adding an exquisite touch to their living spaces. I highly recommend Carlisle Floors to anyone seeking high-quality wood flooring and an exceptional customer experience.

I had a very positive experience with Carlisle floors - we recently selected their flooring for our project and it's beautiful. When something was inadvertently ordered incorrectly (8 stair treads), they worked with me to get the order corrected and new stair treads expedited.

I have used Carlisle twice for flooring. My experience was terrific both times. I had a problem with a prior flooring company and after researching other high end flooring options, I found Carlisle and I am so happy that I did. I had to replace a prior flooring job and I did so with one of Carlisle's maple floors. The quality of the flooring is outstanding and the floors are absolutely beautiful following installation. I had custom stairs made and they also turned out beautifully. Importantly, I had no health or safety concerns with their product. The customer service was very good. Chris Sy, the president of Carlisle, is a true professional and expert. He cares about the customers and about the product. Admittedly, the price of Carlisle flooring is on the higher side, but these are high end, high quality floors and it is obvious that great effort goes into the craftsmanship behind the flooring. For me, the outstanding product and peace of mind in knowing that I was going to be thrilled with the outcome justified the investment.
