5 stars to our violin instructor, Katy. She is the best. However, CMA’s billing practices are nothing short of a scam. First, while it’s all laid out in the paperwork, their cancellation/make-up policy is extremely harsh and unforgiving. But worst of all, they will continue to charge you after you cancel. This is the second month they have charged me after canceling and I yet again have to contact them to reverse the charge. Also, one month they double-charged my lessons. Despite repeatedly telling me they would refund me, they never did. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

The instructors and support team at Carmel Music Academy are amazing!! Phil, my daughter’s instructor is very good. He knows how to teach her while she’s making sure she has fun. I highly recommend Carmel Music Academy if your child has interest in learning a musical instrument or voice lessons.

My daughter has been at CMA for 7 years now. Her teacher now is Jayda and she is amazing! She has helped my daughter improve so much and we’ve only had her for 2 out of the 7 years! If you decide to sign up we 100% recommend her to be the teacher. Jayda is amazing at piano, bass, and vocals. My daughter is learning both piano and voice and is so much better now. 5 stars!

Our daughter has received instruction from CMA for a couple of years and has really enjoyed it. She really enjoys her current instructor Phil. He’s been great and has really helped her come out of her shell! She even participated in her first band recital!

My 7 year old son has been attending Carmel Music Academy for over 2 years, and it's been such a wonderful experience. He’s had the opportunity to try different instruments, and he ultimately chose the drums, which he loves! The teachers are incredibly patient and supportive, and I appreciate how they nurture his musical growth. We also love Jon E. Gee and Mrs. Gee, the directors of the Academy. We also love the workshops, which are enhanced music sessions that help their students deepen their music skills. He’s really excited to earn his next milestone trophy. He’s already performed in two concerts, and the experience has boosted his confidence so much.
