From the blonde woman at the entrance to Miss Theresa Sanchez, who cleaned my car, my entire first visit was second to none. The Carnation cleaning package and the team behind it were incredible- truly the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Their attention to detail was elite.

The quality this car wash delivers is not what it used to be. For years, I would bring all my cars here because the quality was just another level. I pull up and Josh tells me all about the benefits of the membership plan and how it will save me money, etc. I proceed to be upsold by having the team polish my tires by hand once I go through the wash. The quality is WORSE than what I get going through the car wash. Clearly, Juan in management doesn’t check the quality of the work his staff is performing. Your staff is a representation of how you carry your business and unfortunately for carnation, I will never bring my vehicle back here. Juan and Josh both offered to redo it again and I declined for lying to me about the quality upfront. If you have a car you care about STAY AWAY FROM CARNATION. They say a picture is a thousand words right? Well here’s 11. Have a great day delivering terrible work to future customers, carnation.

Smooth transition with pulling your car in and parking it to get it cleaned. OurCalling, our company has been using their services for years and continue to use them because of their friendly consistency. While you wait for your car to be cared for, they have donuts and coffee as complimentary.

Wonderful experience every time! Quick, effortless & spotless. The staff are very friendly, their services are many, and the price is great. I have had a monthly membership for 3 + years now, and love swinging through the drive thru car wash to keep my car shining & in the best condition. Juan the facilities manager always greets with a huge smile 😃 highly recommend this location and car wash company TX wide!
