Gail did an excellent job deep cleaning my kitchen for us before returning from the hospital. We will prefer her again soon. Thanks, Gail.

Admittedly, this is my first time hiring a cleaner for my house. Recently however, between work and everything else, I haven’t kept up on the cleaning as well as I would like. I have company coming over this weekend and yeah, it was time to hire a cleaner. I found Carole’s House Cleaning as a stroke of luck while searching for local cleaners. The website could use a bit of work (for example, no option to pay online yet), but the booking process was still very easy. I was able to schedule a cleaning for the very next morning (with less than 24 hours notice!) If for any reason you decide to call about your booking (I had a few questions since I’m new to this), know that the Customer Service operator(s) were very responsive and transparent. Isabella showed up to my house on time, was very polite and friendly, and took great care to walk me through what she would be doing in each area. After a quick tour of the cleaning areas she jumped right into it! When it was done, Isabella showed me each of the areas she worked on, the difference was night and day! I will be working with this team to book routine cleanings for the future! Thanks again Isabella, I really appreciated it!

Had Christia come out and do a cleaning of our bathrooms and carpets. She did a fantastic job with the tile and glass doors, covering places other cleaners had missed in the past. She was on-time and very professional. Would recommend her for future cleanings.

While Maya was cleaning my guest room, she turned off the ceiling fan. Now it won't turn on. I am not attempting to blame Maya- mistakes happen. I called the company to ask if she used the pull chain, the remote or the switch on the wall to turn it off. 6 hours later no call back. I called back and was told that the manager was "out for emergency" and the cleaner was at a dr appointment. I was told noone else was available to discuss options to fix or replace fan. EXCEEDINGLY disappointed in the overall service and lack of follow up when questions arise. I was originally just trying to find out how she turned it off as nothing I have don't to troubleshoot has resolved the issue. *Since leaving the review, Bryan the manager did call me back and apologized for the lack of communication. We have discussed possible solutions.
