Carole’s Cleaning Company is phenomenal and Lisa is a total superstar. My place has never looked this good. She was professional, incredibly thorough, and caught details I didn’t even think about. This wasn’t just a clean, it was a full glow up. If you want spotless, stress free, next level results, ask for Lisa. I’m recommending her to everyone.

NO idea how this place is able to remain in business. First, our cleaner’s “car stopped working randomly” so she cancelled ten minutes before service. Then, they rescheduled us with “the best cleaner on the team” and it was the exact same woman who cancelled on us. When she showed up, she let us know that she didn’t have a working vacuum or any paper towels. We let her use ours, but it seems extremely odd that a cleaner doesn’t have those things? Then, she proceeded to do the slowest cleaning job I’ve ever seen. We’re talking four hours for one bedroom and a kitchen. She also tried to charge us because it took her longer than the three hours alotted, but our home never takes other cleaners more than 2 or 3 hours max, she’s just incredibly slow. All around the strangest, slowest cleaning we’ve ever had, and most of it will have to be redone as there’s streaks and missed spots on every mirror and counter top. Definitely not worth the money, but absolutely not worth the time.

CONSUME BEWARE!!! Had paid $1180 for their move in services, including washing interior windows, general cleaning of the bathrooms, kitchen, refrigerator, and carpet/tile with grout sealing (mind you, the entire house is empty as we have not moved in yet). I had confirmed weeks earlier their “team“ would be at the house “early in the morning“ so we could start moving in later that evening. What really happened…there was 1 individual who showed up in the morning to do all the house cleaning. She was there well over 4 hours and I’m not sure what she actually accomplished as you’ll see from the pics attached to this review. The outside of the toilets were still dirty, the shower was not touched, the inside of the fridge was not cleaned, and there was still dust on the windowsills. The carpet/tile guy didn’t even come till after 2 PM and was from an entirely different company (Mr Clean Carpet Care). He was rude and very unprofessional. Because of how late he was, we weren’t even able to start moving in until the next day. It turned out both of these services were actually contracted out and not directly employed with Carole’s house cleaning services as implied when I made the appointment in the first place. And instead of paying $1180 to Carole’s, I paid $400 directly to the house cleaning individual and $1180 to the rude carpet cleaning individual. When I voiced my concerns with Carole’s, I was told by Edward to send pictures of my concerns and he would get back to me after talking with his manager. I sent Edward the attached pictures and never heard back from him, that was over 2 weeks ago. I feel completely scammed over the cost I paid for such a poor service and highly advise anyone from using this company in the future.

We scheduled a 3-hour cleaning service for a 3b2b 1800 sqft house. The cleaning lady came and said “not bad at all”. After 2.5 hours, she said she needs at least another 2 hours to finish. By that time, she only dusted the fans, window shatters and took out of all my drawer liners. The fridge is half cleaned, the bathrooms have her cleaning tool everywhere but does not seem to be cleaned at all. For the left 0.5 hours, I asked her to finish up the fridge, and caught her on her phone three time in these 0.5 hours. No wonder why she needs another 2 hours. Not a good experience. Do not recommend.

This was the best house cleaning service I've ever had! Brian kept me in the loop as far as exactly what time the cleaner would arrive, and Anna arrived promptly on time and got to work immediately. She was very efficient and thorough, and I will definitely hire them again! Also, their price was literally half of what was quoted by another house cleaner. Give this company a shot - they provide exceptional service from beginning to end and do the job well.
