My experience with Carolina ChiroCare and Rehab has been rewarding. The staff is very humble and makes me feel welcome as soon as I enter the office at every visit. The treatments has significantly improved the lower back pain, I experienced after an automobile accident on February 23, 2026. Praise the Lord God Almighty for Dr. Gerdes and his staff for a job well done! I highly recommend his practice to anyone who desires to live a life free of constant back pain. Five Stars for Carolina ChiroCare and Rehab.

I would like to thank the entire team for their impeccable and professional work. I was referred to this office due to neck and lower back muscle pain caused by a car accident. From the very first therapy session I received, I felt relief from the pain, and little by little I began to feel better. The doctor is very kind and professional, and the assistants are also highly professional and friendly, always attentive and helpful when scheduling appointments. I am truly grateful and very satisfied with the service I received.

I had a herniated disc at C6–C7 and was living with 8/10 pain 24 hours a day. I saw multiple chiropractors with little to no relief. Carolina Care & Rehab completely changed that. Their treatment helped decompress my spine and significantly reduced my pain, allowing me to function normally again. They truly gave me my life back. I highly recommend them.

I am so happy to have been seen by Carolina Care and Rehab! Dr. Gerdes and the entire staff truly go above and beyond every visit. The clinic is extremely clean, the staff is incredibly attentive, and you are always made to feel welcome. Dr. Gerdes takes the time to truly listen and makes sure all of your concerns are addressed. His techniques have helped tremendously with my back pain, neck pain, and chronic headaches. His skill with the Y-strap technique is absolutely amazing. It provides immediate relief, and he is one of the only chiropractors in North Carolina who offers this technique and does it safely and well! Thank you for taking care of me!
