Super-honest, great work, fair price! Brad and his crew have done several jobs for us at two different houses. How honest are they? Brad actually talked me out of some work, and explained why it wasn't really needed. The work that we did need, they did a great and thorough job. Replaced a deck, replaced two fences, repaired gutters and added guards, redirected a drainage problem, etc. Great all-around!

Called out for an estimate on gutters. I let them know house was being remodeled I may or may not be there to please email or call with an estimate. Lady on the phone said that would be fine. However I never heard back from them. I reached out to them and left a message still never heard back from them

Brad is a wonderful individual. He is very personable and knowledgeable with a home town twist that makes you not even think, "he's in sales!" That is a quality you cannot train or teach. I must say he is an asset to your company. KUDOS to Sarah.

Our deck (18x20) was installed by Carolina Home Specialists six years ago. It is as solid today as it was the day the crew finished. The crew started and finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. It is so solid, it feels like we added a room to the house. I have never had to tighten a screw or bang a nail and, at 4 feet above the ground, there is no wobble, not even in the rails on the stairs. Trex is amazing. All I do to it is pressure wash. There is no restaining or resealing. We walk our dogs out our back door every day. There is no way to tell. They have walked across the deck thousands of times. There are no scratch marks from claws and no stain on their path which I am sure we would see on real wood. We chose the "Saddle" color. The color has not faded at all. With the brackets in between the floor boards, there are no exposed nail or screw heads. Since the longest Trex boards are 20 feet, we have no breaks in our floor boards. They run end to end. I am sure that when we refinanced the house, the new deck added to the appraised value. We paid more for better materials and a better contractor. It was worth every penny. Romans 10:9

They did a great job with our gutter installation! Their pricing was competitive and everyone I had contact with was extremely helpful and friendly. Tim helped us to decide what our house needed and did not try to sell us anything extra. He even sent a crew out to fix some shingles that came off in a storm while we were still awaiting the parts for our gutters to come in. We will definitely use Carolina Home Specialists in the future and have already recommended them to family and friends.
