Working with Carpenter Roofing to get our roof replaced after the summer hail storms was a great experience. As a first time homeowner, it can be dauting to deal with major repairs, but Dustin made this process painless and was happy to answer all of my questions. The crew was very respectful and thoroughly cleaned the area around the house when they were done. Could not ask for a better company to work with!
Dustin and Pam were fantastic to work with. About a year ago I needed a new roof at a commercial property. Dustin answered every single question I had, and made sure I was very comfortable with the process. Pam was on site every day, took pictures, and did everything I requested. When issues came up, Pam immediately rushed over and handled everything with grace and haste. It says a lot about them that when situations came up, Pam and Dustin knew how to handle them, and did it swiftly. So many vendors nowadays want to put blame on everyone else, but Pam and Dustin made sure that everything was taken care for our roofing project. Dustin and Pam are knowledgeable, easy to work with, and solution-oriented. Highly recommend.
We called Dustin with Carpenter Roofing & Construction after the big storm in June and he quickly came and made sure we were safe in case another storm hit and assisted us with filing our claim with insurance. Once we were given the go ahead - Dustin replaced our broken windows, dented garage doors, our roof and gutters. They painted everything and it looks perfect. He then confirmed all work with our insurance and then waited until we were paid in full to collect the payment. The process was so easy and hassle free. He also did my son’s house and my parent’s. I would highly recommend Carpenter Roofing & Construction to anyone who needs a new roof , small roof repairs or has damage from a storm.

Dustin Carpenter and Carpenter Roofing previously reroofed three of our rental properties, and when it came time for our own personal home to Require a replacement roof, Dustin was the first person I called Our home has a rather complicated roof structure and arrangement with multiple steep pitches, high Ridge lines and turrets. Dustin took 2 1/2 crews worth of workers and tackled our home in five days from soup to nuts. The gentleman who did the work were polite, as clean as possible, and made every effort to create a minimal impact on our daily living by working quickly, efficiently, and accurately. We are very pleased with the job that Carpenter Roofing did on our home and would Use them again in the future as well as highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof on their home Update*** The day after they completed the job and cleaned the property well, a deep clean crew returned and suctioned all of the granules and mud that came down from the gutters out of the rocks, cleaned up any remaining nails or Roofing debris, pressure washed our driveways and pool deck Etc. These are all things that are way above and beyond, but they do not consider the job done until it was 100% done. Thank you again Dustin and Carpenter Roofing !!
