Where do I even begin? I cannot think of one negative or neutral thing or to say about this place, especially Patrick! My experience with this place has been nothing but positive. I got into a pretty serious car accident back in April and only got my car back end of August. But it wasn't their fault as a few car parts were on backordered with no date of availability. Throughout the whole ordeal, Patrick kept me updated so I wasn't left wondering what's going on with my car. He even gave me suggestions and told me to call Honda Customer Relations to see if I can put a request throughout to get the backordered parts quicker. Patrick was patient, kind, and understanding throughout the whole process. He was VERY transparent as well. Before he even accepted my case, he spent over an hour on the phone going through the paperwork my insurance sent me with what needs to be replaced. Mind you, it was a Friday afternoon and they were almost closing but again, he did not rush through any explanation at all and made sure I understood exactly what was happening. We dropped by once to see the progress on the car and he showed us exactly what was replaced and what part they were waiting on. Every time I called, I was met with patience and kindness, even when he was swamped at work. He has never showed any annoyance or rushed me with anything at all. On the day of pick up, he showed us the old damaged parts that was replaced. The car looks brand new, can't even tell that it was in a car accident or repainted. I'm sure he did a lot more for me but that's all I can think of for now. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU Patrick for making this the best experience I've ever had with my car (out of an absolutely terrible situation to begin with; getting into a car accident and having no vehicle for 4 months). All the other staff were very kind and welcoming as well :) Very grateful to have come across your business and catch you on that Friday afternoon after being told no by so many other Autobody.

I seriously can’t say enough good things about this shop. I brought my car in to get some repair/repainting done, and not only did they do an amazing job, they went above and beyond in every possible way. From start to finish, both Michael and Patrick were very kind and communicative. They explained everything clearly, kept me in the loop the whole time, and treated me with so much respect. You can tell they really care about their work and their customers. My entire family has brought cars here whenever we need work done, and we have never been disappointed. The work looks amazing. My car looks brand new again, and the whole process was way smoother (and way less stressful) than I expected. Highly, highly recommend!

Patrick and the team at Carstar Kitchener Centre have gone above and beyond my expectations. I cannot recommend them enough if you are ever needing work done on your car. After an ordeal with my insurance, Patrick made sure that everything was in order to get me back on the road as quick as possible. Fastest and best service I have ever gotten, anywhere!

I cannot speak highly enough of the experience I had with CARSTAR. The quality of work they did was top notch, but it was Michael and Patrick’s amazing customer service that made my experience so memorable. They were highly communicative when there were delays related to parts coming in, and provided proactive updates during the wait time that made me feel well looked after. They are kind, good people, and it was obvious they took great pride in the work they do. I cannot recommend them enough.
