Got my 2500 body work done here and the results are incredible. Renee did an amazing job and really knows her stuff. She was super friendly, professional, and made the whole process a great experience. I’d definitely come back again!

Picked up a new car but found a big scuff on passenger door after so called detailing. Scheduled a buff out or possible painting the entire door. After 3 days they called and said car was done. Upon pick up I found 2 areas on the front bumper with scuffs and a big scratch and a large scuff on the passenger side mirror. Plus added mileage on the car. Deeply disappointed in the care they give to customer vehicles. They kept the car to hopefully fix the problems they have caused.

The last photo was what needed repair. Brand new vehicle, only 1month old. The other 5 photos was the condition I received my car upon p/u. My job paid the $2k for the minor repair...tho there were other issues as well, the repair was good. I'd never use them again.

We had a miscommunication when I took my car in for the estimate. I was told that the emblem was attached to the grill so the grill needed replacing. Then when I get my car back it has the same emblem with the red paint on it. Now I’m told it’s not attached to the grill and that my grill was broken but I never seen anything broken on my grill. So honestly I don’t know if they replaced or not because I didn’t see anything wrong with mine. But otherwise they did a beautiful job. I paid my deductible and hopefully my insurance will cover the rest.

I was told my truck was ready to pick up the fender they replaced, was loose the door they replaced was out of alignment and chipped. It was hitting the back door which chipped when we tried to open it and it had a new scratch that was never there before. I walked around with Rene, marking everything on the truck. She took pictures and you can clearly see that the mark was not there. They fixed it but they refuse to take responsibility for it even saying that they took our word, it wasn't there. Not one person will take responsibility or even acknowledge that they fixed it so it will be under warranty. Travis was argumenative So I started recording the call as soon as he heard, this call is being recorded his tone changed completely. The door is still not lined up properly. Whoever the technician was that said it was ready for pickup should be fired and definitely, should not be touching anyone else's vehicle. AFTER DRIVING MY VEHICLE FOR A WEEK, APPARENTLY THE VIBRATION HAS CAUSED THE DOOR TO START COMING APART. I DON'T THINK IT'S SUPPOSED TO DO THAT AFTER YOU FIX IT. I WILL BE SUING YOU FOR MY THOUSAND DOLLAR DEDUCTIBLE
