Been wanting to try this place for a while now. It was delicious! I had the Tender Tips with eggs & hash browns. The meat was so tender. There was so much food I didn't even touch the pancakes. The real reason I was here was to find an unlimited mimosa spot that wasn't just on the weekends. This Is It! So many flavors... This is definitely a new Go To spot. I want to thank the staff for not rushing us out as well. Didn't know they were only open for breakfast and lunch.

I've had the opportunity to dine at a family cafeteria today. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised, that as busy as they were their customer service never wavered. From the busser who cleaned tables. Our server, Edith never missed a beat. Everything that we ordered was cooked perfect. The portion sizes were enough to enjoy. The flavors were amazing. Their pancakes put IHOP to shame. The omelet was huge and full of meat, very tasty. The French toast needed no syrup it's taste of eggs and toast were married just right. When you add the syrup OMG Next level good. Their salsa wasn't too extreme which did add an extra zip to the omelet. Vanessa and Beatrice the managers were just what a good restaurant needed. They were attentive to everyone's needs

Absolutely recommend Casa El Desayuno for anyone visiting Las Vegas. They were super friendly, very attentive, the manager came to check on us twice to make sure we were all good. The food was delicious. The only reason I’m giving the atmosphere a 4 is because it is really loud with all the noise from people talking, but hey, that’s a good thing because it means the place is packed! And despite how packed it is, there’s lots of tables so the wait time was fairly short for us- 8 minutes. Food came out in a timely manner also. Definitely coming back next time I’m out here!

We’ve been here twice and we love this location! Today Natali was our server. She was so sweet and super attentive the entire time. Our food came out quickly and was delicious. I appreciate the way they accommodated my disabled father both times we’ve been. Definitely recommend this location! We will be back!

This spot was recommended to us by a Vegas local — and locals always know the best places off the strip. We came in for breakfast and were greeted and seated right away. Jenni welcomed us and we mentioned it was our first time. The service and attention were amazing from start to finish. The food was delicious—hot, fresh, and you can truly taste the authentic Mexican flavors. Aside from Jenni, other servers and even a shift manager checked in on us. Great service, incredible food… we’ll definitely be coming back again.
