Scheduled an in person appointment stayed over an hour discussing rentals and services for our wedding. He mentioned he would contact us with a proposal which he failed to do. Went over items color schemes etc the individual failed to contact me regarding a quote. I messaged him a few days later regarding an idea I had for drapery, never responded. I have yet to receive an email or text message. It was a waste of our time since we are out of towners. Unprofessional.

Loved working with Casa Royal Events! They were on top of everything! They checked in with me as the coordinator of a wedding throughout the whole night making sure everything was running smoothly. Their catering services are very professional. Will definitely keep working with them in the future.
