My best friend booked us sometime in the pools. Everything about this place was amazing. We got to catch up upstairs swim hangout sit before going downstairs where we got to do a little bit of everything. This steam sauna is amazing. I love the quiet and stillness of this place. I got no pictures because I left my phone in the locker room but it was three hours of just blissful energy. We left feeling so relaxed that we were spacey. Will definitely be coming back.

Such an amazing stay at Cascada. Had an amazing dinner at Terra Mae, soaked in the thermal springs, spent the night in a loft room (super cool rooms with everything you need), joined a yoga class in the morning, soaked in the thermal springs again, and ended the day with a couples massage. I splurged for my husband’s birthday and would do it again! This place is worth every penny!

The thermal springs are amazing! I loved the silent underground area, the chill vibes indoor area, and the outside firepit, sauna, cold waterfall, and hot tub. I will definitely be back - very relaxing experience! Make sure you allow enough time to shower after as the locker room can get busy and you might need to wait a couple minutes for a shower to free up.

My partner and I had an absolutely luxurious time at this Spa Hotel! The staff is kind and helpful and the thermal springs were transcendent. Our room wag gorgeous, it had huge windows and view of Mt Hood - and the bed was super comfy. Coffee shop downstairs in the morning stocks delicious food and also has great coffee! There’s also a gallery attached to the hotel you can stroll through with beautiful work. Also the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the arts district. 11/10 - hope to return soon! Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Restaurant is great! The service/staff are wonderful! Tartare 11/10! Loved the spa itself but the silent area is uncomfortable. I understand being silent and respecting the peace but my friends and I got spoken too by the staff when I was only making happy faces and smiling/quiet giggles. Hoping In the near future they can make a larger quiet zone where you can speak quietly with your group and not be completely silent. Also, robes should be included to all spa guests who pay the 100 dollar fee. And they need to offer some exfoliating scrubs/ aromatherapy in steam rooms/saunas Unfortunately I won’t be back anytime soon with the silent room being as strict as it is.
