Cascade Tents recently assisted me at our Closing Day event that I arranged for the Royal Vancouver Yacht Club. We required patio coverage to protect the furniture and members from the elements and their tents were a perfect option. It worked out well and gave us peace of mind knowing that regardless of the weather, we were fine. Another point I would like to make is their set-up staff were excellent. They showed up when they said they were going to be there, and also ensured that no doors were blocked by the tent support legs. Great guys who were friendly and did a wonderful job. I would recommend Cascade Tent Rentals to anyone looking to protect their event from the west coast weather.

Rented from Cascade Tents for my wedding this past weekend. Got a large 40x80 tent, tables, chairs, linens, and the group of men arrived early to set up and worked very efficiently!!! It was so beautiful. Would rent from this company again any time!!!

Cascade did a fine job of providing the perfect tent for our son's wedding. Weddings are stressful, but once the tent was set up everything else fell into place. They also provided the tables and chairs and we found the folding white ones worked very well on the lawn. Tent delivery and set up/take down were right on time.

We had such a wonderful experience with Cascade Tents. From start to finish their team made the whole process stress free and enjoyable. I worked with Bobbi during the planning stage and she was amazing; patient, responsive and always willing to answer my million questions. She helped me adjust the order until it was absolutely perfect and I always felt supported along the way. On the day of set up Toby and the crew went above and beyond. They took so much care to make sure every detail was just right and that everything matched exactly what I envisioned. It was clear they truly cared about the quality of their work and about making our day special. We rented lighting, a frame tent and a dance floor and everything was beautiful and seamless. I cannot recommend Cascade Tents enough for anyone planning an event. They deliver not only great products but also incredible service.

I had a great experience with Cascade Tents. We rented their 20x20ft tent and dance floor and some high top tables and chairs. Everything was good quality and looked perfect for the party. Bobbi was super helpful and the delivery guys were all very nice and communicative. Highly recommend!
