The manager has very bad attitude and she is not qualified to be working there she doesn’t not know how to file taxes I came with my wife first thing she said if you want to get your deductible go somewhere else like that very rude unprofessional second thing I can’t do your taxes you have so much mileage and she ask me to do it by myself and schedule appointments and someone will help you is said sure and then she said maybe if we have some volunteers can help you if they have free time !!!! When she was looking on my taxes she can’t not figure what is 1099 and she keep ask what is the form she very rude I don’t know who hire her to work there and she wasted my time How do you work there and don’t not know anything about me taxes and you are not qualified to be working there I’m going to make a concern complain about you and and I will contact IRS too as well You are so toxic
This organization is amazing! All of the staff are volunteers who are helping those of us that are in need of their services. I can't speak for anyone else, but, if it weren't for the assistance of Cash Oregon I would not be able to file my taxes some years. They are kind, friendly, and very professional in the way they handle us ( their clients ). I highly recommend these wonderful people. Please treat them with the respect and dignity that they treat you. I have used their services 3 times and have had a great experience each time. A close friend of mine who recently passed on turned me on to this absolute jewel of a service. His legacy lives on through the tools he gave to others so they were better prepared to fend for themselves. THANK YOU ANIMAL, FOR THIS GIFT AND THANK YOU CASH OREGON.......
I've had to take over doing my dad's taxes, and have used this branch for the last two years. They are always very helpful, kind and patient as they help me wade through all the different forms that need to be reviewed and figure out what needs to be submitted. Very grateful for this organization!
I urge the public that is in need of and utilize this service to be careful to have this organization help you. I'm still waiting on my refund, after completing my taxes on 2/2/24 and receiving a letter from the IRS stating there holding my taxes for further review. Yes, it's frustrating, but I understand clearly that it is not Cash Oregon's fault in the delay. However, when I had questions regarding accountability if my taxes are wrong, I was told snidely by Meg the Client Support Coordinator (who is the person in the organization that has the most contact with clients), that they won't take any accountability and then laughs at me, I have a huge issue with how I was treated and quite frankly, I've seen them demean and are consistently rude to their clients over the past two years you lost my support for your organization. Furthermore, I spoke to Shawn Jaquiss, the Lead Tax and Financial Services Coordinator (also Meg's supervisor) and Riley Eldredge, who is the program director and apparently the highest person to speak to and both of them have nothing to say about Meg's unprofessional and appalling behavior towards me, it shows me they don't care and because they offer free services to the community, that they're justified in the way they treat their clients. Unbelievable. Please, find someone else to do your taxes, it is not worth giving them the time or day if we are not felt to matter.
Free tax help for qualified individuals. I have not filed in years and I made an appointment, felt I shouldn't bother. BUT when I called to cancel the Gentleman that I spoke to encouraged me to come anyways. So I Did. Though it took me three times, I Did finally come up with the necessary documents, and tada!! ! I Have a stimulus, and tax credit on its way!! ! This is an awesome amazing group of people, whom volunteer. They are kind and courteous and patient!! ! If You Are Leary and/or, nervous of doing Your taxes, I strongly recommend the wonderful volunteers at CASH Oregon
