I pulled in. They told me that I had to pay $217 for a car wash or they wouldn't do it because it was their opinion. I needed a deep clean when I said I just wanted a wash. So this rating is mostly about their lack of providing notice so that people don't have to wait in line to just be told to go away. And to provide context, the state of my car has been washed to my satisfaction on multiple locations by other car washes it was not inordinately dirty

DONT GO!!! I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. I left some coins inside my car in a small Ziploc bag, and after the service they were gone. I spoke with the workers who cleaned my car, but they had no response. I also talked to the lady in charge, the one you pay for the service, and she told me she would check the cameras and get back to me. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up or response. This situation made me feel very uncomfortable and disappointed. Because of this experience and the lack of accountability, I cannot recommend this place.

Expensive hand wash for mediocre work. They heavily upsell and really push to tip their cleaners. Not worth it as there are way better and reasonably priced car washes by hand in SF.
