I got my first tattoos at Castro Tattoo this week with Ale Rosa and can't recommend them enough! Everyone in the studio was warm and friendly, and Ale made the experience feel so safe, affirming, collaborative, and easy. Great artist, super clean studio and practices, wonderful vibes. I got fine line designs on my inner arm and ribcage - both are gorgeous and healing so smoothly. I would refer any friend to Ale and Castro Tattoo.

I had an amazing experience at Castro Tattoo with Haley Adams! They are not only incredibly talented but also professional and attentive. Emily Pax at Castro Tattoo designed and tattooed the most beautiful possum queen there ever was. The shop itself was very clean and welcoming, and Emily was truly so lovely. Her work is amazing, detailed, and so thoughtful, and I had a wonderful time chatting with her while she created Phillipa. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Castro tattoo what can I say! Everyone at the shop is so talented beyond belief. Queer safe tattoo shops are few and far between and the deep love that Castro tattoo has for the community is so prevalent in their work, their practices and the way they treat everyone that comes through their doors.
