I took a Sour Dough class with Rachel. She did a great job teaching, was very patient with our questions, explained things well, had photos of mistakes and what the bread should look like. The hands on of assembly the dough and practicing the 'stretch and fold' was very helpful and itself generate questions. She had a lovely loaf baked and ready to cut and serve. It was wonderful! Rachel made some of her own starter available for a small price so everyone would have starter to starter their starters ;-) And we all went home with the doughs we began in class. Looking forward to completing and baking my own!! Nice facility, adequate, but small in size. Nice gift shop too of products mostly provided by the instructors/vendors.
Super cute place. Small but full of beautiful arts of all kinds, big and small, that you can either look at or purchase. Lots of great gift options. I took a watercolor painting class for beginners and enjoyed it so much. Jessica is a great instructor who is very knowledgeable, very helpful, and fun (and funny). I will be taking more classes and I will be recommending my friends and family. I’ll attach some photos of the pieces I did in class or as practice at home. This is my first art class ever and my first and only time doing watercolor paintings. Enjoy.
Came in for our first class! Jessica Henry was a wonderful teacher. We really enjoyed the still drawing class. Look forward to booking more classes in the future. I also enjoyed the art store on the way out and picked up the most beautiful earrings.
Fantastic art classes for all kinds of mediums and people of all ages and skill levels. Very reasonable pricing, which means you can take many different art classes. Instructors are clearly very skilled and provide great instruction and helpful feedback.
Catalyst Arts Collaborative was by far the best camp my daughter attended this summer! The environment was warm, inspiring, and full of creativity. The instructors were kind, supportive, and clearly passionate about helping kids explore their artistic side. My daughter came home excited every day, proud of what she created and eager to go back. Highly recommend this camp to any young artist!
