We drove all the way from San Antonio to Austin just to visit Catch Air, and it was 100% worth it! The space is clean, bright, and perfect for kids to burn off energy. There’s so much to do—slides, obstacle courses, climbing areas—my child was entertained the entire time. The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I also really appreciated how well-maintained everything was and how safe the environment felt. As a parent, that means everything. If you’re looking for an indoor playground that’s worth the drive, Catch Air in Austin is it. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

Being a mom of 3 , I feel comfortable taking my high energy children here. The stamp security system is plus and snacks are available for purchase. I can let my kids run around while my one year enjoys the toddler entertainment. You really can't go wrong. Just wear socks.

Always a joy bringing my kid here. We like to come on the early side when it’s calm and not crowded. Plenty of activities for the kids to do and I appreciate, as an adult, being able to comfortably fit so I can join my kid in the playground areas. The customer service is great & the employees are attentive and helpful.

Fun place for kids and adults. I had my son bday party here and my kids loved it so much my youngest wants his bday there as well. Packages are affordable and provide alot. Only thing I would say for packages you need more time to set up the room other than that 100% recommend even for a regular play day.

Our favorite indoor play place! Great for ages 1.5-7 and suitable for parents to play too. Use your phone to scan the QR code and complete the waiver the first time you go. There are paid lockers in the front lobby to secure valuables, but there are also cubbies to store things for free. Be sure to bring socks for both kids and grown-ups, or you can buy socks when you arrive. Don't be that gross person walking around barefoot, or worse, wearing shoes in the section where babies are crawling. (Do put shoes back on to use the restroom though!) If your kid likes to slide, consider putting them in pants to avoid brush burns and friction. There are drinks and snacks for sale near the entrance/exit gates but no hot food to order. We like to grab lunch at the restaurant next door. The entry fee grants you in/out privileges for the whole day, so you can return after lunch. Be aware that you have to watch your kid(s) the whole time. Employees stay at the front gate and they don't monitor for conflicts or rule-breakers. There are a few play features that don't work consistently (like the trampoline TV game) but there are so many other things to do that it's not a big deal. We appreciate the family restroom and dedicated section for kids under 4. Overall, it's a large, well-designed, relatively clean place and a great option for indoor play.
