I used Caterina Ranieri, PC to obtain a court order for my father's BC and OATs which were needed due to misspellings. Caterina was confident she would be able to help (even when I was dejected) and very responsive to every email I sent (and I sent a lot). I HIGHLY recommend her! You won't be disappointed. She is an expert in the dual citizenship arena.

Simply put: Caterina and her team did excellent work for my family and me. We retained Caterina to amend several NYS documents to resolve certain discrepancies. Caterina negotiated every subissue in our favor, which resulted in a court order instructing the relevant authorities to make all of the amendments we sought. Throughout this process, we found Caterina and her associates to be unfailingly courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive. My heartfelt thanks to Caterina Ranieri and staff for their assistance in helping me obtain a copy of my father’s New York State’s birth certificate. If not the person named, New York State’s certificates can only be issued through a court order. For 15 years I tried to secure the order on my own with no success. Ms. Ranieri did it in less than 1 year! She and Nicole Misco guided me expertly through the legal process and kept me informed of my petitions status before the court. They were more -way more- than generous in their time and efforts on my behalf. I took the impression that they cared as much as I did in successfully getting the job done.
