Absolute waste of money. I hired this consultant for 'personal tax filing, and they put in zero discernible effort. The final filing was clearly rushed and based only on the documents I uploaded'. They charged a full, professional fee for work that felt entirely automated or delegated to an untrained junior. There was no advice, no consultation, and no care taken to ensure I received the best possible return. Do not recommend if you expect a consultant to actually consult. I will not recommend CBTAX to anybody.
