Don’t bother reserving a time. Waited over 90 minutes for an x-ray I booked earlier in the day… was then told they’re behind because staff is at lunch—why let people reserve a time then? Had to leave before being seen cause I was in so much pain, and there was nowhere to elevate my leg—nor did the staff offer any solutions other than to reschedule. Poor communication and disastrous waste of time. Have had good experiences with Cedars otherwise, but never coming back here.

Word to the wise: do not consent to any sort of "in-house" lab testing at this facility. 1) Their capabilities are extremely limited: chances are, the test you actually need (to get the diagnosis you're seeking) is only available off-site. 2) Your insurance will charge you an arm and a leg for their "in-house" tests. Just get them to put in an order for you to a legit lab off-site. This gives you the opportunity to review the lab order and make sure the tests they've requested on your behalf are actually covered by insurance.

It's not really an urgent care facility – just another outpatient facility for the cedars system. Be extremely careful what "care" you consent to when being treated here. They will do their best to get you to agree to unnecessary and expensive line items that they'll then bill to insurance with absurd codes. One wonders what the "urgent care" copay actually gets you at this facility when any actual "care" at this facility will result in a huge bill that the insurance won't cover on top of the copay. Just another shameful cog in the uncaring wheel that is our broken medical system.

Where once there was Scientology brunch and Chabbad Temple, there is now Temple of Cedar- Sinai. Absolutely beautiful location. Very convenient parking two levels below vell lit and clean free with validation. Upstairs beautiful unit of urgent Care with friendly stuff very fast service available to reserve a spot ahead of time on the Cedar Sinai app.

An outstanding facility that is clean, large and well organized. If you use the online appointment schedule process it will make your visit easy. I booked a time and was seen at my appointed time. The Dr was very helpful, addressed my needs and wrote a prescription I needed. This was my first time visiting and I was unsure about the parking so I parked in the Albertsons lot and walked down the street.
