My mother came in previously (recently) and received a full set that was absolutely horrible in quality. She had gems that were glued in with excessive glue, the nails were bulky and too much acrylic was applied. Before leaving, she was told that they'd fix her nails next time. Well, "next time" came and they all seemed to forgotten the promise they had made to her and refuse to fix them complementary. Additionally told her that, "if you don't like, you can go somewhere else and see how they do." This is bad business, unprofessional, irresponsible and simply disrespectful. If you make a mistake as a business, own it and honor your clients. Things are too expensive for people just to blow their money for bad service, bad quality and a bad attitude. If you question the validity of my review, look at others who had criticism to share and look at how the owner responded. Do better Celebrity Nails.

Thank you Tim, you always do a great job on my nails! I get natural length, nothing fancy, and they are so pretty! Love this shop! Pedicures at always so nice too- Tom does the best foot massage!

He did such a good job on my nails, i haven’t gotten acrylics that i like in a pretty long time. He was so quick it made me nervous that he might not do a good job but he really proved me wrong. He was also very polite which i appreciated.

l've been going to this nail technician for a while, and while he usually does a nice job, it has become clear that the quality of service is inconsistent. I had an appointment today and chose a very simple design, knowing exactly what I wanted. As soon as he began, I could tell he was rushing the shape of my nails was noticeably uneven. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, thinking I might be overanalyzing. When it came time for the French tips, I noticed right away that they were uneven and poorly done. I politely asked him to fix them, as he's done them evenly for me in the past. Instead of correcting the issue, he insisted they looked fine and made me feel as though I was being overly critical. To make matters worse, he charged me significantly more than usual, despite the fact that I always get the same length, shape, and design. Unfortunately, due to the lack of consistency and professionalism, l've decided I will not be returning. Thank you.

My sister recently moved to the area and we were in desperate need of a mani/pedi and we ran into this place. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating of my mother, my sister and I. For Alaska, they are reasonably priced. Gel mani and regular polish pedicure totaled about $110. Clean and didnt smell like acetone which is a must for any nail place I go into. My sister's main spot now and mine when I come to visit.
