Awesome guys, namely Joseph. They were my 3rd store I went to after multiple misdiagnosis’ with my iPhone 14 Plus with panic logs reading all kinds of SMC Assertion codes the other stores said they had never seen before. The shops could only guess that it was either a logic or mother board issue, and both shops both said I should just get a new phone and couldn’t help me. Cell Phone Club said it ended up being the battery sensor, got the phone back the same day working perfectly, and paid WAY less than what I would have for a new phone. Plus they gave an extra discount on top of the already low price because of my pains and payments with the other stores (plus military), and would not make me pay if they couldn’t fix it. Absolutely amazing job from these dudes, and definitely coming back if any other tech things pop up.

I have to say Joesph was amazing tonight when I called. Extremely professional and helpful altitude was incredible. My phone froze on screen and over the phone he managed to help me get it fixed. Hours of it being in that position he managed to assit with cool calm support made me very happy and satisfied . Having people like him help is a great feeling and these are type of people a company needs to have working for them . Thank him again for me

Came in to drop off my little sister's Ps4 to get cleaned. Was able to get it cleaned at a decent price and with a fast turn around. Before dropping off ps4, it sounded like a jet engine. After cleaning, the ps4 was quiet and running smoothly. If you any consoles you need cleaned, I highly recommend this place, ask for Joseph who will be happy to help you out.

Helped out with a malware problem I had. And not only fixed it but also with no extra charge. Joseph was really helpful and took good care of me. I highly recommend if you are going through issues like me. Phone issues can pop up now and then but with Cell Phone Club here, no worries. Give them a try if u are down to your last idea.
