My son went to go get his phone fixed from them the next day there was a glare in the camera so he called and told them they told him to bring it in. The guy wiped it with a Q tip still same problem then the following day the screen went black with lines not being able to use the phone and it was not dropped or damaged. When calling them they said they would fix it then when he brought it in they said he would have to pay another $200 to get it fixed when this was all within the 7 day time frame they have on the recipet. Upon looking on the website it states By having your phone repaired at cellaxs know that you'll be supported by our product warranty and defects on workmans ship. When he went to make a review they told him to email them so he did and he has received no reply from them. When calling the location the guy was very rude said there is a lot of shops and he asked for the main office number and the employee hung up on him. Pretty unprofessional they don't live by there guidelines.

Got my phone fixed Monday not even two days later there was a glare on the front camera when taking a picture. So I called them they just wiped it with a q tip then said it was good but still same issue then the following day screen was black with lines. When calling they said they would replace it then go in there to get it fixed and then they say I need to pay for a whole new screen when the issue has been brought to them twice and was told it would be covered. It hasn't even been 7 days having this repaired. Not to mention on the receipt it says you can exchange it within 7 days if it's not fixed. They don't follow by there guidelines.

Recently my Friend got her mobile repaired from this shop , and she really satisfied with their service. They were polite , fast , professional and did a great job. The price was reasonable and the work was done on time. Highly recommended!

The gentleman replaced my screen and it would freeze up on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. So then he said he would replace it and then it started happening again but he closed before I could bring it back during that time. I dropped it and cracked again he said he’d give me a seven day warranty but when I brought it back to fix it, he would not repair it. Don’t ever use this guy go downstairs to sigh and fix Max

Got my phone repaired fast. Great service. When I got the phone back and there appeared to be an issue (turned out to be additional damage that we were not initially aware of) the problem was troubleshot and corrected quickly.
