Horrible service! ‘Fixed’ my screen for it to continue to have problems afterwards and what to charge me for diagnostics? Can’t do there job right and do it all for the money ! Highly disappointed. Don’t not recommend at all. Might as well get a new computer

Just bought Talman T3 Micro ATX pc case from this place as I have been working out of town away from home and family as I had a big ATX case and wanted to down size the case to fit my micro atx board. It it’s a great pc case for this build I have and plan on getting another atx/matx pc case for my other build! Thank you so much for having a pc case available on hand. I highly recommend this place if anyone has the n ed for repairs or just parts for pc. And thank you for making things right that shows you really care about the customers and their satisfaction thank you so much again!!

I rarely write reviews but the guy that helped with my computer (Will) was outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable. A total professional that took pride in his work. He took the time to explain the procedures he were going to employ and recommended different options to further improve my system. If you need help with computer issues this is definitely the place to go!

I have been going to Quick Connect (Omaha) for about fifteen years now. They have done all kinds of repair work for me; they have revived computers that I did not think were salvageable; and I have bought two reconditioned computers there for family and friends. I would have to say that Quick Connect has always been reliable and honest; the staff are personable; and they are never slow! Frankly, I am still not very knowledgeable about computers, but they have given me good advice over the years, and I have never felt overcharged for the work they have done for me. At this time, there are many computer repair shops in Omaha, but Quick Connect was one of the first -- and it speaks highly for them that they are still here, and still doing an excellent job. -- I know that because I was there today!
