Absolutely fantastic work done here, I can't thank these folk enough. Had what turned out to be a totally burned up motherboard that needed replacing, followed by delays and difficulty related to ordering and manufacturing, and these folks were so kind and helpful the entire time. Updates were regular and responses to my own questions were quick. This was an annoying fix tech wise with all the little issues but they were professional through all of it, and so so patient. I'm typing this up on a freshly fixed laptop that's been operating better than it ever has, and I'm so grateful! If I ever have PC issues again, I'll be coming back here for sure.
