⚠️DO NOT SHOP HERE!⚠️ I brought my phone in for a repair and got it back, but immediately noticed new issues that were not present before. After the repair, the speaker was damaged and the screenshot function no longer worked. I returned the very next day to address this, but the staff would not help and took no accountability for the problems, despite the phone being fine in these areas before the repair. Unfortunately, the experience left me with a phone in worse condition than when I brought it in and no support to resolve it.

I am updating my review because of Extreme dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, even with a brand new OtterBox on my phone the back glass of my iPhone 11 cracked, and I mean it completely shattered worse than the original glass that was on it. I have not dropped my phone at all which I know it sounds hard to Believe. Regardless, with a very expensive phone case that should be protecting the phone even if I did drop it, it should not have cracked so easily however, this is the case. The phone was not cracked at all. I took my phone out of my old phone case And I placed it into my new OtterBox And I could hear it cracking no force necessary, and that happened. Not only that but the front glass is completely fine however, when I’m texting it types, random letters on its own. In conclusion from what I’m seeing the materials used to “” fix my phone does not suffice to my expectations at the “” Very good Price point. I was told that I could get a discount replacing the The glass on the back of my iPhone, but this should not have even happened In the first place, there’s no reason that it cracked as easily as an egg shell just by placing my phone into the new case. And I will not lie I am an extremely dissatisfied customer I’m not sure if the tech made a mistake by putting my phone inside of The case right away with the rubber bands on the glass front and back, he said allow it to dry for at least Two hours and then I can take the rubber bands off and put my phone back in the case so that’s what I did Based on his recommendations, I’m trying to have a better understanding of why the glass broke and shattered so easily just by Me simply placing my phone into my new phone case I am just flabbergasted. I put one star because it wouldn’t give me the option To put anything less than that.
