I highly highly suggest this company. Iv researched and googled plenty of places in my past, but for the last few years iv been with this company and this is the one that I suggest ANYONE to go to. They will go ABOVE AND BEYOND alllllll of your needs. This is what good custom service is all about and should be. I love CELLAXAS phone repair. Unprofessional, confused on what they want to charge/overpriced. Had two phones get a screen replacement and they did not properly seal one of the screens. Gave it back to me with screen bulging out of the top. Do not recommend this place. I went due to the convenience of already being in the mall. I definitely recommend ubreakifix !!

Very unprofessional. Paid 330 dollars for a repair and they wouldn't back up their work after it was brought in to fix. Reply to their generic reply about" reaching out to address the situation" I did reach out by paying a visit to address the situation and the owner himself was very unproffesional after the rude employee told me that she knew for a fact that I had dropped my phone after the repair even though I know for a fact that my phone wasn't dropped. I even have it in an otter box. The owner himself cleared himself of all liability and refused to make things right even after being showed that the repair that was done, which was a complete new screen and new back, never sealed properly causing internal damage. If I could give 0 stars I would. Potential customers beware. They are scam artists. The back of my phone I don't even remember it being cracked but they charged me for a new one on the initial repair. Terrible people to do business with. Stay away

Girlfriend went in alone to check pricing on repairing camera. They gave her the price and she declined($50). Then, they said they would do it for $40. She agreed to that price. We both come back to pick it up. I test it and the camera is the same. The woman at the counter says that they replaced the lens and questioned who would fix a camera for $40 insinuating it should be common knowledge what a camera costs for an older iPhone. My girlfriend was upset because she didn't understand why they didn't fix the camera. Then, they ask for $90 more to fix the camera. We decline and are frustrated that we have to pay for a service we didn't want. At that point the woman calls a man from outside the store to help and seems to be talking about us angerly in possibly Hindi? I try to ask the man why he would fix the lens when my girlfriend obviously didn't understand the difference between a lens and camera on a phone. He started to get more and more angry. He did knock of $10 more, but we didn't want the service to begin with. I rate them 1 out of 5 because they willingly took advantage of my girlfriend and knew the camera wasn't working. Then, they proceeded to blame us. We will be replacing the phone so I cannot comment on their work. Avoid this place. They are not trustworthy.
