Went to get my flimsy laptop fixed with a light issue. They ran a diagnostic for free and got it fixed for cheap. Guy I asked first would have charged me more than double.

Cell Pros on Ashlan and Marks was awesome. The gentlemen that helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly. We came in the day before Thanksgiving and he got our repair done within the hour and my son was back in business. His prices were also lower than other places I called. I would highly recommend taking your devises there for repair.

Hi guys, this place is good. I came in with my tower power button (plastic) piece fell loose and somehow didn't turn on the computer again. I thought I was done for or could be worse, but the guy there gave me hope and said my options were to either replace the whole frame or if he can fix it. Luckily he was able to do some hardware repairs with all the tiny screws and such, but it's so hard to get to. So you'll need a professional who is careful with screws and takes their time for the repair, or else it'll be a bad job. Anywaus, he was able to fix my power button, or my other option also was to add an extension to my power button so I'll turn it on externally with an attachment button. Luckily I didn't need that. He was able to fix my issue. Recommended.

Took my laptop in to get its keyboard replaced (several keys were not working properly), which is a very complex procedure. I had purchased and brought in my own replacement keyboard, and asked them if they could do the work for me, since I had discovered it was a bit beyond my skill level. Seng was awesome! He was patient, friendly, and informative. He informed me of exactly what the replacement process entails, and warned me of some potential pitfalls that could arise in doing the replacement (such as the new keyboard not being perfectly flush with the case, or feeling a bit "squishy" because of the difficulty in the way the keyboard on my specific system needed to be secured/"glued" onto the case). When I got the computer back, the keyboard was installed perfectly, looks and works like new, and feels very solid! The price was extremely reasonable for how difficult the work was. I would totally recommend this place for anyone needing laptop or cell phone repairs!

It was a great experience coming in thinking it was nothing any one could do to fix my wife's phone. But within about 45 minutes they got it going real fine. The gentleman that help me really knows his stuff. I will not hesitate to go back should I need to.
