Well I came to cellular zone on potranco ( I usually go to the Babcock location) only because unfortunately the other location did not have a iphone 6s battery in stock at the time ( needed it for an upcoming event) so I called the potranco location & luckily they had one in stock & it was the help of Ms Trish that assisted me with it. She held on to it ( I wasn't able to make it in that day when I called about it, however she did put it aside for me to come in the following day. Grateful for that. 🙏) once I got here, the process from start to finish was done in probably less than 30 mins ( didn't even realize time flew) . Ms Trish was awesome & would absolutely recommend & go back to this location. 👍🙂

Isaac was an experience. Kept it short and simple but full of information. If you lost or broke your phone they can either fix it or replace with a new refurbished phone that comes with warranty and even free charging cable with block to add the cherry top. Thank You Isaac.

Got a great deal on 2 phones. Samyra is a heck of sales person. I came in looking for one. Got 2 🕺🏾 shes a sniper so l really didnt feel sold just had my needs served.

Super nice employees, after quoting me differently online, they still made it up to me quickly efficiently and kindly. Would recommend anyone to this store they absolutely deserve it! Sarah was a huge help and made sure it got done even calling the gm to get things done quicker! If I have another device to sale it will be to here. Or maybe I'll see how good they are at repairs next time. Anyway they were awesome to me. Please go here.
