The bad reviews are justified. There's only a hand full of good providers the rest could care less about your kid. Diana is amazing. Their front staff is also very rude to parents. They are understaffed and it's very apparent and it's taken out on us. In the healthcare field I don't understand how pediatric front staff person is going to sit there and argue with the parent and I need to bite my tongue because they're being snarky and sarcastic and rude. Called multiple times about an issue and no phone call was given back to me. Then I'm being called a liar that a phone call was given back to me when I've been checking my phone for days and calling for days. And after that phone call if I've been calling back multiple times I think I think it's only right to make sure the kid is okay and follow up with my call. That's just negligence. This is why phone calls are made to the insurance company because doctor's office is think they can get away with treating patients like garbage and that's not right and it's going to change

I am SO glad to see all the terrible reviews for this marvelous practice, it reassures me that these cruel Google reviews serve as little more than a complaint board. I don't know the set-up but the physician at this location is Dr Berger. A (resolved) health crisis led to his calling me about his patient my daughter, whom he has cared for since her birth. I cannot imagine a finer physician at every level. Obviously my daughter is my treasure, and truthfully that is the way he has always treated her, like a treasure. He is really impressive in everything, his bedside manner, his medical skills, the way the practice is responsive. Truly a model.

I was hesitant to switch here because of the reviews, but so far it's been really good. My baby was sick with a high fever on a weekend, and I thought we'd need to go to urgent care or CHOP, so we called this office to confirm what we should do - but they have Saturday hours for sick children who need it! They said she should be seen immediately and gave us their next available. They even give isolation visits if there is a likelihood of contagion for kids that can't yet wear masks. Also a note that their "Wait Worry Panic" sheet on their website is THE BEST for scared parents who aren't sure what to do with an illness. They are truly a great resource serving the entire city of Philadelphia.

My daughter Ava has had the same pediatrician from the start, she’s now 2. Dr Brittany Debarneto is such a delight! She is always full of patience, positivity and information. This office is so accommodating for last minute sickness calls or visits. I’ve always felt Ava was in the best care with this staff. Thank you CCP

When my son first started here 3 years ago, they were fantastic. I saw a change with long wait times, doctors seeing you just as another patient then a person, and the other staff just seeming to be annoyed or miserable. The only positive is that the nurses stayed the same which they are always friendly and caring. My son was diagnosed with autism and any special needs parent knows there is so much involved when it comes to a diagnosis like this. It would take so long (weeks to months) to get documents completed. I was always patient knowing to give it a week or so before checking in knowing my son isn't the only patient. When I received documents, they weren't filled out entirely at times or wasn't completed as asked. Because of this, I had to wait long again. One of the doctors didn't know how to fill out a common approval form to get my son ABA services to be sent to insurance. Basically, this office can do a better job being educated and up to date since there is a rise in the autism community. Sadly, I am transferring my son to a way better practice in Center City which they provide better service all around. I hope they change for the better.
