Attended an introductory weekend with James. Spotless premises, adequate, well maintained props. Clear explanations and demonstrations of all poses, with individual adjustment to obtain the maximum benefit without risking injury. I have taken up the introductory offer and intend going twice per week. A great try before you buy.

The studio has lovely new facilities, but the teaching style wasn’t for me. Instructions were in Sanskrit without much clarification, and the tone felt quite sharp at times. $5 for mat hire feels steep also

James is a great teacher. He knows all the students by name and takes care to adjust everyone so they get the most out of the movements. The studio itself is peaceful and it is a welcoming environment. I did moves I never even imagined!
