This is the second time I have used Certapro. They always have done excellent work, on time. Good quality product competitive in their pricing and always does what they say they're going to do ,great to work with
My experience was professional from start to finish. The estimator, the office staff and the paint crew were a joy to work with. My only suggestion for improvement would be to give a little more notice of scheduling. I was told I would be later in the week and ended up with a Monday 8 am start time. I had to rearrange some things because I have a life and finding out on Friday that your scheduled for Monday is not the best business practice. 1st photo is before. 2nd is after
I’ve used CertaPro Painters for commercial projects in the past, and this was my first time hiring them for residential work. Their follow-up and attention to detail were outstanding. They painted our kitchen cabinets, front door, garage door, and took care of some other small jobs around the house. Everything was done perfectly, with great quality and precision and very clean. Couldn’t be happier with the work done on our house. We wanted our house painted but having an older home, we knew there were some issues with the exterior that needed to be addressed like several rotted window sills, broken siding, etc. When Michael came for the quote, he walked through every issue/concern with me and provided an extremely thorough quote. Once we accepted the proposal, the start time was really quick which was awesome. Gama and his crew showed up when they said they would and did great work every day. Our house looks amazing and is now a head turner. The communication with everyone - Michael, Tanya, and Gama - was great, and the overall process was very smooth. The results speak for themselves.
