CertaPro Painters of NE San Antonio, TX

I am so pleased with the CertaPro Painters of NE San Antonio! They painted the exterior of my house and I love it! Kristine was so helpful and patient while giving me quotes and waiting for my HOA to approve my colors. After I got all the approvals I needed, they were able to schedule getting started on the job quickly. Francisco, his dad, and the other painters on the team were great! So respectful and considerate. I have dogs and the guys always checked with me or my mom before opening the back gate or doors to be sure the dogs didn’t get out. They worked quickly and cleanly. I wasn’t sure what color (of the two preselected) I wanted my front door to be, and Francisco painted around the door first to give me a chance to see what color I thought looked better. He also gave me an estimate of when they’d be done so I had time to get home to do a walk through before they left. Everyone was so communicative and friendly. I highly recommend them!

We had a great experience with Certa Pro. The initial bid was great and we were able to meet at a very reasonable cost for the job they completed. Rolando and his crew were very kind, punctual, and took great care of our home while painting. They did a great job and were very professional. Definite recommend.

Jansen and Eduar did an outstanding job painting the exterior of our home. They were professional, friendly and obliging. They worked tirelessly, we were exhausted just watching them!! The end result is a precision job, that updates our home beautifully. They cleaned up every day after themselves, and worked long days to get the job done. They painted the entire home, including all doors, gutters and downspouts, soffits , fascia and corbels. Alicia, our scheduler came regularly to check on the work. We really appreciate her professionalism and friendliness too. Thanks to Tyler for the thorough estimate and his keen eye on seeing areas that needed repair. We 100% recommend Cert Pro of New Braunfels. We obtained multiple estimates from multiple companies, Certa Pro’s estimate was the most detailed and thorough, they weren’t the cheapest, but you pay for what you get, and we got the best! PS Certa Pro is now painting the entire interior of our home!

We bought our house in 2021, and over time, the exterior somehow went from beige to a strange blue-purple — no clue how, but it had to go! After meeting with a few different companies and comparing quotes, we decided to go with CertaPro because of their quality promise, their warranty, and all the great reviews we read. The crew did not disappoint! They showed up on time, finished everything in just 2½ days, and were respectful and tidy the entire time. We’re so glad we chose them — our house looks brand new again.
