Brooks Summer from Chad Smith Team was a huge help during a stressful time. I wasn’t able to sell the property, but he still took the time to provide detailed information about the property and explaining my options. He was patient, knowledgeable and genuinely supportive. Ron and Jason have been great! Highly recommend them they have gone above and beyond our expectations. We had some issues with the sellers agent, Ron talked to his boss to see if they could compensate us for the failure of the sellers agent. They could have just told us nothing they could do but they didn't they made sure we we're taken care of. Can't thank them enough for that gesture. Give them a call they will take great care of you and make sure you are happy with your home.
