Champion Movers

I’ve used Champion movers often for in-city moves and they’ve been terrific. Because I had such a positive experience before I booked with them for an out of state move. When I inquired about moving from Las Vegas to Colorado I was told that yes they handle out of state moves. Everything went great until the day my items arrived. One person from a different company (not Champion) came to unload my items alone, with no help. Moving my items in took about 5 hours and felt rushed and chaotic. My kitchen chair was broken and three bags ended up missing. When I called to follow up I was given a website to make a claim. Despite following that process I was offered $6 for the broken chair and $0 for the missing bags since I “signed off” on delivery. This experience was terrible in comparison to the other times I had worked with Champion and a real disappointment. If you’re looking for an out of state move I do not recommend them.

Terrible experience. Besides changing the delivery dates several times, now they are not responding after they damaged our expensive furniture during the move from Arizona to Los Angeles. Everything had been documented upon delivery. They tried to tell us to deal directly with a supposed insurance company, however , after contacting the insurance company, no one replies. We let them know about this, and still no response. At this point we payed in full, and they have been ghosting us for months regarding the damages that they caused. This happened last December, about 5 months ago (absolutely unacceptable), and still has not been addressed by them. This is the most stressful and negligent experience we have had with a moving company by far.

It’s been almost two years since I used this company and I just can’t let my horrible experience with them go. They were late to begin with and the lead mover, Alejandro’, came in acting like he’d didn’t know what my move involved. He got on the phone supposedly with his company and was shouting at them. He acted like he was doing me a favor and I was treated with total disrespect. If I wasn’t on such a time crunch I would have told them to get out. I am an older woman and feel he was trying to take advantage of that. I have a few things missing, one of which was an old half gallon wine bottle completely filled with change.. By the time I discovered things were missing it was too late to make a claim. I also want to say some of their packing was not professional. My clothes were thrown in the bottom of wardrobe boxes and things we put in top of them. I have moved quite a few times in my lifetime and have never had such bad and unprofessional service. It was huge mistake hiring this moving company.

I had an excellent experience with this moving company. From the very beginning, I felt I was in good hands. The team was highly professional—fast, strong, and worked efficiently and in an organized way. Beyond that, they were kind and patient, and didn’t let me lift a single thing, which made the whole process much easier and stress-free. What impressed me the most was how much they cared about my belongings. They wrapped each mattress so thoroughly and professionally that there was no chance of dirt or odors getting in—this was one of my biggest concerns. On top of that, they handled everything: carrying, unloading, and even assembling heavy furniture without any issues and with great professionalism. Overall, the service was top-notch—reliable, professional, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.
